In short: we don't ask for your details, we don't set cookies, and we don't sell anything about you.

What we collect

This website sets no cookies. Nothing is stored in your browser: no cookies, no local storage. There is no tracking pixel, no advertising network and no third-party script following you between sites, and nothing here needs a cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

We do count visits ourselves, on this site's own server, so that we know how the site is doing. To tell one visitor from another within a single day, the server makes a code from your IP address and browser type using a secret that changes every day and is then discarded. The code cannot be turned back into your address and cannot recognize you tomorrow; your IP address itself is not stored. Individual records are deleted within seven days and what we keep is totals: which pages were viewed, which site or app the visit came from, country, device type, and which links were tapped. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, your visit is not counted at all.

Like any website, our host (Cloudflare) briefly processes your IP address to deliver pages and block attacks.

When you click a link to a store

We also keep a list of clicks on links that leave our site, so we know which pages and products are useful. For each click it holds the page you were on, the link you clicked and your country, and nothing that could identify you: no IP address, no visitor code, no cookie. The link still takes you straight to the store. This list is kept for as long as it's useful. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track switch it off too.

If you click through to a retailer, such as Amazon or a brand's own store, that site may set its own cookies so it can credit us with any sale. Their privacy policies apply on their sites.
